We understand that life happens and plans may change. However, we kindly ask that you respect our spa scheduling policy as our treatments are reserved especially for you.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance or 3 hours before your scheduled appointment time. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.

Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a No Show fee of up to 100% of the appointment value. We value your time as well as that of our therapists, and when an appointment is missed, it not only affects your experience but also the opportunity for other clients to book during that time slot.
